Monkey: Journey to the West

Damon Albarn’s Monkey: Journey to the West finished a short run at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden from July 23rd to 26th. The work is in Mandarin but was first performed last year in Manchester, and has since appeared at the Théâtre du Châtelet and the Spoleto Festival USA.
