   The most interesting thing here is that the Queen of Verdi (Sondra Radvanovsky) takes on her first Tosca. I read good things about her turn as Angelica in LA earlier in the season, so maybe she’ll find equal success in Puccini. I look forward to her SF debut as Leonora (“Trovatore”).
   Her debut as Tosca seems like an out-of-town tryout before assuming the role for larger companies. Opera Colorado is a regional company so I wonder…
   But they get my respect for producing “Nixon in China” last year, and we still haven’t seen it in SF.

   Radvanovsky was wonderful as Suor Angelica.
