    This is sad. I have seen some good stuff at SF Lyric Opera. I hope they are able to come back.

    a total loss for the entire Bay area audiences who appreciate fine opera performances (and they have been that) but can’t afford Opera House prices – $245. for an orchestra seat vs. about $30. at Lyric.
